The Divine Council at Orpe Human Rights Advocates is the domain where the Order for Restoring Peace on Earth operates. The Council's mandate can be explained by the premise of search for the accomplishment of three purposes: 1) make sure that the organization is being operated in compliance with the Rule According to a Higher Law; 2) confirm the appointment of the President of the Orpe Human Rights Advocates and; 3) make sure that the Order for Restoring Peace on Earth is executing its divine mission of restoring peace on earth in compliance with divine mandate.
