The Global Board is composed of sixteen members from diverse and accomplished backgrounds who often have a strong commitment to defending the cause of those who cannot assert their own fundamental rights. They are committed advocates whose values strive for the restoration of human dignity. The primary governance responsibility rests with the Global Board and its Executive Committee. The Resolution 29 of the Board has mandated the Board establish subcommittees, and standing committees providing support, advocacy, and expertise to Orpe Human Rights Advocates. The members of the Board currently sit as Chairpersons of our Board Standing Committees, serving both administrative and program-related needs.
