President

On April 18,  2017, the members of Board of the Orpe Human Rights Advocates, the elected Edward-t Moises as the Organization’s next President.

Mr. Moises is a former Chief Executive Officer of Rene Descartes University of Angola (2007-2011) and former Consultant for Political Affairs. 

 

Graduated from Jean Monnet School of Law at University Paris-Sud at Sceaux in 1994, he has enjoyed a distinguished career as a lawyer in the Law Firm Fremaux and Associate (1994-1998). Graduated from Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 2005, he is a well-trained litigator concentrated in the Art of Advocacy.

He is a 9th Session fellow of French Center for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies. In 1998, he obtained a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy from the French School of International Relations.

He is a speaker at the United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy.
